2. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

  • Provide accurate information during service inquiry/booking
  • Ensure timely payments
  • Maintain cooperation with our patrolling & security staff
  • Not misbehave, threaten, or misuse the service
  • Inform us in advance if special security instructions are required

3. Patrolling & Visit Timings

  • Our patrolling officers visit each subscribed location twice every night, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Special timings or extra rounds may be chargeable.
  • Emergency visits or on-call support is subject to availability and may include additional fees.

4. Payments & Refund Policy

  • Payments must be made in advance unless a written agreement exists.
  • Once monthly service has started, no refund will be issued.
  • Refund is applicable only if the service has not started after payment.
  • Any overdue payments may result in service suspension.

5. Limitation of Liability

Although we perform our duties with professionalism, Cops Night Patrolling is not liable for:

  • Loss, theft, or damage occurring outside scheduled patrolling time
  • Incidents caused by natural disasters or unavoidable circumstances
  • Client negligence or unauthorized access by visitors
  • Failure of CCTV or third-party equipment not managed by us

Our role is monitoring and reporting; we do not guarantee complete prevention of incidents.

6. Use of Website

By using our website, you agree not to:

  • Copy or reuse content without permission
  • Upload harmful programs, spam, or malicious files
  • Attempt to hack, damage, or disrupt website operations

Any misuse may result in legal action.

7. Service Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services in the following cases:

  • Violation of contract terms
